Girl Finds Fashion Sense: Red Dress

Haven't done much with this outfit today, or my hair for that matter... but I did brush it!

Dress: Witchery, Shoes: bonbons

Things I'm vaguely searching for or wish I could have at goal weight:

Looking for Now:

1. Coloured button shirts - preferably in silk or chiffon. Bought a hot pink DKNY and an orange from Ebay - but both didn't work for me when I got them. Want them to wear under dresses to layer, or with jackets and skirts for work, or jeans going out.

2. Nude luxe fabric sleeveless top - more structured than a tank, can wear as a standalone top, cami or layering piece. What do I call this??

Waiting until slimmer:

1. 1950's style swimmers - maybe red and white - heart style neckline and low legs

2. A wartime style nipped in suit/ dress

Waiting until rich:

1. Christopher Louboutin hidden platform round toe nude patent heels.

Ticked off the list:

1. A variety of colourful cardis/knit shrugs - bought a cropped cardi in black, wore it to death, bought it in cream, then bought pink, teal and white cardigans. So useful.

2. Some headbands - pull the hair back for work but still have it flowing

3. Some versatile work skirts that fit well

4. A great pair of jeans - funnily enough I found this at Suzanne Grae!

5. Brunch tops - summer tops not too formal but not too casual, with a bit of a twist. Found some at Jeans West and always on the look out for more.

6. Print dresses to bring into casual and office wear. YEP - beautiful Mad Men style 50s Review dress in Wedgewood blue and cream floral, purple geometric print, and short floral from Dotti.

7. Black chunky platform heels or wedges - Shoe Show have some interesting ones. CHECK - got not only the black wedges but also a blue floral pair - so cute.
